I was really looking forward to Victoria and Marc’s wedding for several reasons. Firstly, because I hadn’t had a chance to meet the bridal couple in person before the wedding because they live in London. Secondly, the wedding took place in Villingen-Schwenningen – quite near to wedding photographer Stefan Redel. As Stefan also had time that weekend, we made a fairly spontaneous decision to shoot the wedding together. This meant Stefan could let his creativity run wild, the bridal couple had a second perspective on many of their precious moments, and Stefan and I were able to learn from each other. Above all it was huge fun too. Basically, a real win-win-win situation all around.
The getting ready location was the Mercure Hotel, the wedding ceremony was held in the wonderful Benedictine church of St. Georg and the reception in the Villa Junghans afterwards.
