Fast and everywhere
Every corporate event has its own dynamic. That's why it's important for an event photographer to always be in the right place at the right time and to react spontaneously to what's happening. This has nothing to do with 'luck' but is the result of good preparation and a feel for what is happening.
Experienced
As an event photographer with over 15 years of experience, I have photographed hundreds of small and large corporate events. That's why I know the processes involved in a wide variety of formats. I have been working successfully with many clients from Mannheim, Heidelberg and the Rhine-Neckar region for many years.
Inconspicuous
In the best case scenario, your guests won't even notice the event photographer. Under no circumstances should he interfere with the action or even distract from it. I mingle calmly with the audience and am often perceived as a guest rather than a photographer. That way I can capture all the moments on camera without disturbing the event.

Event photos as a project of the heart
My personal favourite topics in event photography are shows and concerts. As an event photographer, it is not important to me whether the event takes place in a magnificent setting such as the Palazzo Spiegelpalast or the Elbphilharmonie in Hamburg or in a small location “around the corner”. The artists and musicians give their all on stage to inspire their audience and I love to capture the emotions and great talents photographically.

Theatre photography
Privately, I like going to the theatre. That’s why I occasionally combine this with my job, slipping into my “role” as a theatre photographer and taking the opportunity during the main rehearsals to document the performance photographically for the ensemble. The photos are often used for poster advertising, in brochures and online advertising.

Social Media
For many corporate events, it is crucial that photos are published promptly on social media. Let the participants of your corporate event act as multipliers on LinkedIn and other social media platforms.
As an event photographer, I make this possible by quickly preparing selected event photos for publication and making them available to the organising team. Depending on the agenda of the event, I am supported by an assistant. This allows interested parties to participate in the event immediately, even if they are not on site. Spontaneous group photos and photos of the speakers are often particularly popular motifs.
Reporting
The most important aspect of event photography is certainly the reporting. As an event photographer, I document the various phases of an event, from the arrival of the guests to the highlights of the event.
Detailed photos, for example of the setup and logos or special moments such as the warm welcome at registration, help to fully convey the atmosphere of your event. These images can later be used in various formats. For example, for the press to advertise their next event or to report on a special highlight such as an honour. Your annual report can also be illustrated with suitable event photos.
